ROTARUN 2023 WALK / RUN

6:00am:  Pre Registration 
7:00am: 10K, 5K, 1 Mile ( Run & Walk )

Location:  North Central Park, Laredo Texas
Parking:    Free parking is available inside the Park. 

Events: 10K, 5K, 1 Mile Walk

Run & Walk for Ages 4 and Up - Children 6 and under must have adult supervision with them on the course.  This is a family friendly event so families are encouraged to participate together. 

Strollers are allowed on the course but should seed themselves at the back of the starting pack. For the safety of all participants, pets are not allowed on the event course.  Exceptions for service animals will be made on a case by case basis.  Please contact the Race Director if you will be participating with a certified service animal. 



Awards: (Overall Awards are Gun/Chip Time, Age Group Awards are Gun/Chip Time) 

5K – Overall Male/Female

10K - Overall Male/Female

Age Groups:
(18 and Under - for 5K Only), (19 and under ), (20 to 29), (30 to 39), (40 to 49), (50 to 59),(60+)

Top: Male and Female for both Races

Age group Awards are based on Chip Time, you do not have to seed yourself at the front!

Fees: 
Early Registration 
10K Runner- $30.00,  5K Runner - $25.00, 1 Mile Walk- $10.00

Fee After August 11th
10K Runner- $35.00,  5K Runner - $30.00, 1 Mile Walk- $15.00

10K, 5K and 1 Mile Course:  
Course will be explained on Race Day and cones set up along course.
There will be volunteers along the routes guiding runners. 
Participation medals for runners who pre register. 

Water Stations:
There will be 3 water stations along the routes. There will also be post race snacks.

Shirts: 
Shirts will be distributed at packet pickup to all who registered before August 11, 2023.  Shirt sizes are not guaranteed and may not be exact, but we will do our very best to accommodate your requested size ( ONLY FOR 5K AND 10K ). 

Packet Pickup: 
6pm - 8pm Friday, Pla Mor, September 8, 2023 



Race Day Registration: 
There will be a limited amount of onsite registrations available after 09-08-2023 and the day of the race at 6am.

Timing: 
Swift Timing will provide timing for the 5K/10K Run.  Swift Timing uses only state-of-the-art equipment.  You will be issued a race bib with a disposable timing chip attached during Packet Pickup.
